• The RYSE Nightclub dress code is upscale attire - dress to impress. 

• RYSE Nightclub does not permit hats, sandals, or flip flops.

• RYSE Nightclub does not permit oversized, torn, ripped, or baggy clothing.

• RYSE Nightclub does not permit cargo shorts or cargo pants.

• RYSE Nightclub does not permit athletic wear clothing with offensive print.

• Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

No Refunds. All ticket sales are final.

LIVE EVENTS

Unless required by local authorities or requested by an event organizer, we do not currently require proof of vaccination to attend live events at our properties.

OTHER RULES 

• Must be 21 & over.

• No weapons or laser pointers allowed.

• ALL BAGS, PERSONAL ITEMS, AND PERSONS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.

• RYSE Nightclub has a zero tolerance policy. Guests are required to comply with policies and applicable laws at all times. Any guest found in violation of these policies may be asked to leave the Venue and/or Resort at Management’s discretion and all removed guests forfeit their right to any applicable refunds.

• Notice of filming: This area is being used to photograph and record video and film footage in connection with the promotional and publicity campaign of RYSE Nightclub. By your presence at RYSE you grant permission for your likeness to be included therein without compensation, credit, or other consideration.

• Flash photography is not permitted.

• No professional cameras or recording devices are permitted.
